89hp Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "89hp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 89hp platform, its operators, and authorized affiliates operating under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Platform" refers to the 89hp website accessible at https://89hp.net, including all casino, sportsbook, bingo, and account management services made available through it.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 89hp platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered member account created upon successful completion of the 89hp registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you into your 89hp account in Philippine Peso (PHP) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus funds credited to your account by 89hp that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose authority 89hp operates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 89hp platform, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during registration, or by otherwise using any service offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 89hp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 89hp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that entity.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 89hp platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account;
• Be a natural person of legal capacity under Philippine law;
• Not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would prohibit use of gaming services;
• Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of 89hp or any of its platform providers and game suppliers;
• Not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or under a court-ordered exclusion from gambling activities;
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.

89hp reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in such a request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 89hp platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether registered under your own identity, a pseudonym, a third party's identity, or otherwise, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update it if it changes.

As part of 89hp's mandatory KYC compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations, you will be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals can be processed. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID);
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Additional documentation may be requested at 89hp's discretion in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

89hp reserves the right to suspend account activity pending successful completion of KYC verification at any time. Processing of withdrawal requests will not proceed until KYC is fully satisfied.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other individual to access or use your account.

89hp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify 89hp's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account security.

89hp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection law. In the event of disputed account activity, 89hp will conduct an internal investigation and reserves the right to suspend the account during the period of investigation.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 89hp platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 89hp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 89hp does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or processing charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 89hp account in real time for digital wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer methods may require up to one banking day to credit.
• 89hp reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate, member-owned payment source.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 89hp account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method matching the identity on your registered 89hp account.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements is not withdrawable. Only your Real Money Balance — net of applicable bonus wagering conditions — is eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.
• 89hp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing times. You will be notified of any such review.
• 89hp may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

89hp offers various promotional bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 89hp promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 89hp platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to the applicable game rules.

All random-outcome games (slots, bingo, RNG table games) on the 89hp platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and compliance. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published per game where required by applicable regulations.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game studio providers operating their own studios under applicable gaming authority supervision. 89hp does not control the conduct of live dealer games beyond the terms set out in its provider agreements.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game, 89hp's system logs will be used to determine the last valid game state. Bets placed on games affected by a verified software or hardware malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at 89hp's discretion. Winnings generated through a clearly malfunctioning game will not be honored.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89hp platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live table betting;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component — regardless of whether such exploitation was accidental. You are required to report known errors to 89hp support;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any use of the 89hp platform to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, including the use of another person's identity documents;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate transactions on the 89hp platform;
• Any activity that 89hp, in its reasonable discretion, determines to constitute fraud, cheating, or a threat to the integrity of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89hp platform — including but not limited to the 89hp brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 89hp or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 89hp platform without the prior written consent of 89hp.

12. Responsible Gaming

89hp provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be prompted to take a break;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from all gambling activity on the 89hp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Suspension & Termination

89hp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider;
• A court order, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory instruction requiring suspension or closure;
• Inactivity on your account for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for cause, 89hp reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified Real Money Balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account termination in all circumstances.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 89hp's support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within three business days, and your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you within standard withdrawal processing timeframes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 89hp's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your 89hp account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

89hp shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time of agreement:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, acts of God, government action, or other events outside 89hp's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 89hp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 89hp platform, you agree to first contact 89hp's support team to seek an informal resolution. 89hp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving formal written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any legal proceedings in the Philippines on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

Where 89hp is regulated by PAGCOR, complaints that cannot be resolved between you and 89hp may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels as the supervising regulatory authority.

16. Amendments to These Terms

89hp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 89hp will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via the platform's notification system or registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 89hp platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.

No waiver by 89hp of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 89hp's failure to assert any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
